This article from the military newspaper Stars and Stripes gives us an interesting update on the effort to have Korean War Chaplain Emil Kapaun declared a saint by the Roman Catholic Church.

It was just earlier this year that  Kapaun was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Korean War. Actions which cost him his life. Here at Faith That Inspires Action I did a review earlier this year of The Miracle of Father Kapaun, an excellent book on his life.
